R.I.P. Les Hincks……………..it is with sorrow that we announce the passing of past President to the QSCA – Les Hincks. Les was President to the QSCA over many years, held a Stewards Registration and many other positions over a long period of involvement in speedway, not only in Queensland but Australia wide.
