The Kings Royal weekend just got bigger but not just for the Modified Sedans this time, but for all the three sedan support categories with today’s announcement that blue ribbon events for Production Sedans, Junior Sedans and 4 Cylinder Sedans have been added to the weekend, and all three events will be held over 2 nights each.

For Production Sedans, the Australian Grand Prix is back, bigger than ever and although this event will be only for Production Sedans this season, this event will see a revamped format, an increased prize money payout that will pay $1000 to win and have an attractive prize purse down to tenth place in the final and be held on Night 2 & 3 (Saturday and Sunday nights) of the Modified Sedan Kings Royal weekend.  As a further incentive to all competitors, an increased minimum guarantee of $100 will be paid to every competitor and for a further interstate tow money bonus for anyone interested in venturing from interstate to be part of this fantastic event.

4 Cylinder Sedans with the support of Ollies Towing will contest the Ollies Towing Peanut Crown which will also be held over the Saturday and Sunday nights of the Kings Royal weekend.  This event will also see an increased prize purse for the top ten and see an increased minimum guarantee of $100 paid to every 4 Cylinder Sedan that makes the Ollies Towing Peanut Crown event.

The South Burnett Junior Sedan Nationals also returns over the Friday and Saturday Night of that weekend and an increased tow money has been offered to ensure a great car count nominates for the event as well as a long list of gifts and prizes that are currently being put together to ensure there are some gifts for the Junior Sedan drivers to win over the weekend of the Kings Royal.
