Situated 355km inland from Toowoomba in South Queensland, the bustling regional hub of Roma is the birthplace of one of Australia’s best-loved actors, Ray Meagher who plays Alf Stewart in a popular soap opera. The town also boasts a modern and progressive speedway venue that has joined the Speedway Australia community just in time for their Easter Stampede on April 20.

Having visited the venue in 2018, Speedway Australia is pleased to be able to welcome on board Club President Austin Wells and the rest of the team from the Roma International Motor Speedway. With a lively Sedan community in the region, the track is keen to host competitors from both Home….and Away 😊

Best of luck to the club for their Easter event, and the upcoming meetings on their 2019 schedule.
