Please be advised that the next General Meeting of Speedway Sedans Queensland (QSCA Inc) including the Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 2nd August 2014. Commencing at 9.00am.

Meeting Venue is:
Geebung-Zillmere RSL Club
323 Newman Road
GEEBUNG

Agenda Items are now invited for this meeting and need to be submitted on Club letterhead to the Acting Secretary (via email/fax/mail) by 5.00pm on Friday 13th June 2014. Any items received after this time will not be accepted for discussion at this meeting.

Interested individuals are invited to nominate for the following Executive, Committee of Management and Other Zone positions.

Executive Positions:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer/Licencing Secretary

Other Committee of Management Positions:
State SSA Technical Representative (2 year appointment)
State Chief Steward (2 year appointment)
Zone Representatives – Southern, Central and Northern

Other Zone Positions:
Zone Stewards – Southern, Central and Northern
Zone Scrutineers – Southern, Central and Northern

All nominations must be submitted on the attached Nomination Form by 5.00pm on Friday 13th June 2014. Nominations received after this date will NOT be accepted.
