Speedway Sedans Australia wishes to advise that at the latest Speedway Australia Board Meeting held in Adelaide on Monday, a decision was made surrounding the future of the National Super Sedan Series (NSSS) and the Speedcar Pro Series (SPS).

Speedway Australia has decided that the two series in their current structure will no longer continue with Speedway Australia and or in turn under their management.

With the Speedway Australia boards decision handed down, an emphasis will be placed back to the two National Associations to deliver a business case in return to Speedway Australia, that will place focus and a foreseeable model through our respective National Associations.

Speedway Sedans Australia will need to show how an acceptable, viable and sustainable exercise can be undertaken, that will in-turn deliver the opportunities and outcomes for Super Sedans in the entirety though-out Australia, going forward with continued funding and support from Speedway Australia.

Greg Lynd
