Penalties Handed Out

The following notifications have been received concerning Qld drivers:

Please be advised of the  fine ($100.00) imposed on following drivers. These fines must be paid prior to the drivers competing. If the fine is paid to you please forward to the QSCA Inc Treasurer, Pam Franz so as a clearance to race can be advised to all parties concerned.
 
David Gartner – NASRSA
Dale Christensen – QSCA
Mathew Williams –  QSCA
The drivers listed above were fined for failure to correctly notify cancellation of nomination at the recently held SSA National Super Sedan Title at Lismore.
The fine must be paid before any further competition as per the infringement notice.
 
The following drivers have had penalties imposed on them as a result of tribunal hearings held at Lismore on 18th February 2009
 
Mr Garry Maroske has been suspended until 18th April 2009 and fined $300. Any points or prizemoney earned since the 17th January, the date of the offence, be forfeited.
Mr Adrian Stott has been suspended until the 28th February 2009 and fined $150. Any points or prizemoney earned since the 17th January, the date of the offence, be forfeited. (Adrian Stott has paid his fine and will be clear to race.)
Both parties declined to take the matter to the next level of appeal, but have been issued with Schedule 3 forms.
