Exide Batteries Nambour Modified Production Finale

This Saturday night at Maryborough Speedway the final round of the 2009/10 Exide Batteries Nambour Modified Production Series will be held.  40 nominations are to hand for this event which doubles as the final round of the Masondale Heavy Haulage Fraser Coast Drivers Series.

Leading the point score table is Brett Baxter by 53 points over Glenn Pagel.  Aidan Raymont is trailing Baxter by 78 points and will be looking for a great night to attempt to jump up the points ladder.  Gavin Lorensen is trailing Raymont by 16 points in 4th position.  These 4 Gympie based drivers will be out to maintain their positions and will guarantee a very exciting Final round of the Series for 2009/10.

Due to round 3 being the 30/30 event at Gympie in February there has been a huge 93 drivers take part in this Series.

Series prizemoney and trophies will be presented this weekend to the successful drivers by Dennis Bagnall from Exide Batteries Nambour.  Dennis is an ardent supporter of Modified Production racing and has been excited to have had the opportunity to be involved in the Series this year.

Prizemoney for the Series is 1st $1000, 2nd $500, 3rd $300, 4th $200, 5th $100, 6th $100, 7th $100, 8th $100 and 9th $100.  Trophies will be awarded for the top 3 placegetters.
