This application form is for Clubs to apply for renewal of their affiliation with the Queensland Saloon Car Association Inc. for the year 2008/2009.
The renewal form is to be completed by Club Administrators and returned with relevant affiliation fees to:

Affiliation certifies that the club has been established to promote speedway as a whole and the advancement of interest in motorsport.
Affiliates agree to abide by the Racing Rules, Regulations and Specifications as laid down by the ASCF Inc and the QSCA Inc. and also to foster and promote the Code of Ethics as set down by the QSCA Inc amongst our members.
